Out of file handles

Expert mode is the only way to go for 'power' Zoomer users. But does
anyone else have to reboot every few days to clear the message about
"low on file handles, push left button" or is there an .ini fix for
this. Rebooting does fix the problem temporarily but it also resets
all your state files.

While I'm at it, is there any way to keep the PalmConnect or
shareware clocks 'on top' all the time. With Expert mode, they stay
active but disapper behind the current selected application when task
switching.
