The documentation that comes with the GEOS SDK has a very complete
discussion of the INI file(s) and all the possible components. If anyone
wants to get GEOS's permission, I'd be happy to make that file (text,
postscript or adobe) available. I really don't have the time to try and
argue with GEOS about it, so I haven't even bothered asking.
