I haven't tried stacker 4.0 on my zoomer yet, but I had with same error with GeoPublish and 4.0. Putting

drive c = 65535

in the [System] section of the GEOS.INI solved it for GP. Maybe it'll work on the zoomer also. Check the readme files that come with GP for more details.
