And when you do receive it, be prepared to go out and get a new pen
to put the cartridge in.

My wife's pen came through broken, and my pen broke after three days
worth of use. The pens are just thrown in a padded envelop, but there
is nothing around the pen to protect it from being crushed.

Oh well, at least the cartridge comes through fine :-)
