PalmConnect won't start, can't find valid font files?

I am having trouble getting PalmConnect to run on my Windows 95 system.
It installs without complaints, but whenever I try to run it, I get the
initial PalmConnect screen for a second, then it exits with the message:

No valid font files found in USERDATA\FONT directory (KR-29)

Here is the directory of USERDATA\FONT:

Volume in drive C is DEC SCSI
Volume Serial Number is 1E9C-0451
Directory of C:\PALMCONN\USERDATA\FONT

I first installed in D:\apps\palmconn, then in C:\bin\palmconn, and
finally I took all the defaults, but I always get the same error. I
tried restarting in MS-DOS, too, but that didn't help.

Does anyone have any idea what is wrong here? This is my first
experience with PalmConnect. I was able to run ZDOS without
problems.

Thanks alot!

Lester
