Which modem to buy, etc.?

Question 1: If Surplus Technology group still has the two following
modems which should I purchase for my new Tandy Z-PDA Zoomer?

Zoom Pocket Modem 9600/2400 $50 (with cable)
AMT Star Card PCMCIA Modem (2400) $35

I guess the advantage of pocket modem would be that I might be able
to use it with my OmniGo 100. From what I have read the AMT has
non-standard PCMCIA pin-outs that would perhaps make it
unusable in the OmniGo 100. Another question: Is the included pocket
modem cable also usable for PC to Zoomer serial connections?

Question 2: Has anyone used their Zoomer for AOL access in Europe
and the UK? I would like to be able to check and send email when I
am there.

Question 3: Does anyone have experience with Palm Connect
(Windows) for the Zoomer? My thought is that I should get a
discounted Zoomer and Palm Connect for our City Manager, instead of
another newer electronic organizer. How easy (or possible) is it to
import and export to/from Microsoft Schedule+ ? We need to maintain
our network group scheduling that Schedule + offers.

Thanks for any help!
