How useful the Graffiti?

The recognition software in the Zoomer is so bad it's worse than none because
you may be tempted to use it occasionally.
It's so completely useless that Graffiti should have been considered a fix or
at best an upgrade at an upgrade price. Almost makes you suspect it was
planned that way.
