Hello,
I purchased Palm Connect and 1MB SRAM PCMCIA card from Surplus
Technology group.
Overall I am happy.
The Palm Connect was new (shrinkwrapped and all warranty cards present).
The 1MB SRAM was used but comes with a new battery in wrapper.
With a SRAM card that has an unlimited number of read & wrights (Real Static
RAM) being used wasn't a problem. FLASH Cards have a limited number of
wrights as it is actually a very large FLASH EEPROM (electronically erasable
programable read only memory) much like a super BIOS chip. Used FLASH cards
wouldn't last as long as a new card.
All in all thought the SRAM was a fantastic buy considering the
prices everywhere else (and believe me I looked).
