A very long time ago, I (and a few other people) discussed starting a
medical applications of the Zoomer (now, I suppose, GEOS PDA)
sub-list.

Now that I'm using pegasus mailer, it wouldn't be too hard to run
(what I expect to be a very small list) by hand.
