Zoomer BookReader

I picked up BookReader for the Zoomer a number of months ago but never
got around to trying it. The discussion recently on BookReader on the
Omnigo prompted me to give it a try. I downloaded The Prisoner of
Zenda from AOL, and there seems to be a bug in either the application
or the book or both. What generally seems to happen is that a line
near the bottom of the page is missing every few pages. For instance,
page 57 ends,

...pray the King to drink, for the love that he bears his
brother."

Page 58 begins,

with the cork, Josef. Hang him! Did he think I'd flinch
from his bottle?"

Obviously, something is missing here. Or on page 51, where the last
few lines read:

"No, by thunder, you shan't--and that's sans

with me tonight, happen what will afterwards.
Come,

Evidently, a line has been omitted. (Interestingly enough, when I was
paging backwards through the book just now, looking for that example
in p. 51, the first time I displayed it the line was there; I went a
couple of pages further back, then came forward again and the omission
happened again.)

Is this a known bug? I didn't look to see if there is a newer version
of BookReader than the one I have (the one I'm using shows up in the
file manager as 18:02:18 95-01-10, 5,882 bytes, and the library is
13:26:08 94-12-12, 30,184 bytes).

If they do make a new version, I'd find it much nicer to use if they
could integrate it with the "game controller" switch at the bottom of
the unit. Although TextReader has a number of drawbacks, at least
it's possible to page through a file one-handed instead of having to
hit an on-screen icon at the end of every page.
