Pocket Quicken Connect

I ordered the Pocket Quicken Connect package from Intuit in December, and had the same problem (got the Magic Cap version). I called them immediately, and, after some discussion with a few of their reps, found the product by using its serial number rather than the name. I wish I'd kept more info about it, but I can tell you that such a thing DOES exist, I have it, and I ordered it only a few months ago. Try calling again, maybe a few times, and get a rep who knows what s/he's talking about.

What I can tell you from what I've got left is that the Magic Cap version (read "Wrong Version") has an item number of 15400 on my invoice, and a number 15405A on the back of the manual. If there is a correlation, then the item number for the Zoomer version should be something like 14100 or 14120, since the number on the back of THAT manual is 14125. I'll keep looking and post back if I find anything else of (dubious) use. IMHO, Intuit's customer service is a bunch of dunderheads anyhow.
