I was poking around the Geoworks forum the other day and found a beta test version of a program called Zoomer Text Editor, which reads/writes ASCII text files. It's supposed to be like the desktop GEOS text editor (I wouldn't know)--I've found it to be very useful and user-friendly. It's in the Shareware & Utilities II section of the software library. This would, of course, eliminate the need to convert ASCII to Notebook format.

Hope this is useful! Like I said, it's in the beta test stage at the moment, so there may be bugs I haven't encountered yet . . . .
