Trying to interface PC with Zoomer. Connecting cable to my printer port (Com 2). Keep getting message that I'm not connecting to my "handheld", ie. zoomer. When I try to connect to Com 1 (mouse port) I don't have a Com 1 port option under the Edit...System Settings.
Help!
