Based on that experience, I concluded that first-run HP products are
actually beta or gamma test machines. bah.>>
I know exactly what you mean... I bought the 28C brand new and I had to
unload it at 1/4 of the cost to get the 28S after the stupid thing kept
crashing. HP never DID offer to fix it for me. To this day, of course, my
28S is running perfectly though :)
