Is it a rstriction in the Zoomer software, or on AOL's end? I've noticed that
you can select up to 9600 baud in the AOL setup window, but can only connect
at 2400 baud with AOL.
Just wondering!

2400 baud is a restriction in the AOL software in the Zoomer. There is an
alternative AOL interface that allows 9600 baud access (see
ftp://ftp.biostat.washington.edu/pub/zoomer/bullet.zip), but it was not
written for the Zoomer and may be more trouble than it's worth.
