That would be redundant as the Zoomer does not have a keyboard and is
"froze-up" in DOS, so to speak. You cannot directly use DOS with the pen
and the pen does not function as a mouse. For best DOS capability, check
out a HPxxxLX.

Just as an expirament, I tried loading MS-DOS 6.22 onto the Zoomer's
drive B:. It didn't work, displaying the message "Bad or missing
COMMAND.COM ... insert a new disk and press any key to continue..."

As you can see, the only reason DOS is on the Zoomer is to run GEOS
Ensemble 2.0, and the Zoomer is not a 100% DOS compatible machine.

Yes, I am aware of the implications of booting up with DOS. I am just
wondering if you can bypass the execution of GEOS and load another program
instead. This program, of course, would be written to accept pen input
and to output to the LCD screen, not try to read from the keyboard.

Also, what about the HPxxxLX? Is it a pen-orientated machine?
