Where to get 1MB SRAM cards?

I've just called CDW, Mac Zone, and Mac World, and all say they are out of
the 1MB SRAM cards for the Newton, which I've read about on this group. I'd
like to get one before I leave the country in January. New or used, either
would be OK with me. E-Mail me directly if you know where I might find them
in stock, or used. Thanks.
