This means it has a ciruit to provide ram refresh on the card. The effect on
performance is minimal since the DRAM which the card uses should be very
fast. The drawback is the battery current draw is higher.
All PCMCIA cards that are Type II and v2.0/v2.1 compliant support only 16 bit
i/o. The 32 bit i/o was just announced in November!
Also, if you think PS Ram is slow, just use your Zoomer! All the 1mb ram in
the system is PS Ram!
