On my girlfriend's PC the mouse is COM1,
the internal modem is COM2 and the extra
serial port that I use for zoomer linking
is COM4. I didn't modify any IRQ assignments.
The one time that this was inadequate was
while installing the Graffiti demo. Its
install program need to find the link on
COM1 or COM2, so I disconnected the mouse
and used that port for that particular session.
Lucky I have lots of plug adapters lying around.
