Here is my problem:
My 486 PC has the usual 2 COM: ports, which are assigned as follows:
COM1: Serial Mouse (not Bus mous connection!)
COM2: External serial connections consisting of an A/B switch to
connect an external 14.4k modem OR the Zoomer for file linking
In addition, I also have a Sound Card, and CD-ROM drive. Here's the
problem: How can I hook up an internal modem (which I must have for work)
to the PC without disabling the COM2 port? I still want the ability to
connect to the Zoomer via COM2. Has anyone had similar experinces? The
problem with IRQs is there are never enough! Any advice would be
appreciated!
