Easier screen reading

In reference to the issue of reading the Zoomer screen for use as a
podium speech prompter, someone had a good suggestion to use a larger
font as selected in the .ini configuration file. If you only want
the larger font for an occasional speech and want a smaller font the
rest of the time, I suggest using the "zoom" function of the sketch
tools in the Note Book app. In case anyone has not used this
feature, the procedure is to select the area to be zoomed (no pun
intended) with the select tool. Then tap on the zoom tool, the
little magnifying glass with a "+" in it. The selected area is then
enlarged to fill the screen horizontally. By some careful arranging
of text on the screen and subsequent area selecting, you can get your
own custom-sized temporary font and scroll through it with the joy
button. You can't, alas, scroll it horizontally, only vertically
with either the joy button or the scroll-bar on the side, but if you
arrange your unzoomed text so it only occupies the zoom area
horizontally, you can then just scroll through it vertically and see
all. The enlarged text is really quite nice looking.
HTH. Any other comments/ideas/hints on this technique?
