UUENCODE for PC

If you go the uuencode/uudecode route you will need a PC version of
uudecode. Conveniently enough; the anonymous ftp archive at

ftp.biostat.washington.edu

had that too. In /pub/ibmpc/unixlike/msdos

Note that uudecode/uuencode have some interesting bugs and anti-features
that MIME-capable mailers (such as "pine" from ftp.cac.washington.edu) lack.
uuencode/uudecode are, however, more common and the bugs rarely bite.
