ALL Graffiti characters ARE available in fields

It is not true that there are Graffiti characters which cannot be
written directly in the fields (outside the writing area) on the
Zoomer.

The only difference between writing in the writing box and outside
the box is the punctuation shift. In the box this is made by a
single tap (dot) followed by the desired stroke. Outside the box,
this must be done as a "back-forth" stroke, a horizontal stroke to the left
or right then back over itself all in one stroke. Follow this with
the desired punctuation stroke.

The caps shift, number shift, and "extended" shift, which gives access to
such things as math and Greek symbols, work just the same as in the
writing area.

Give it a try!

Another writer suggested that they had a rude experience calling our
order number, however they listed a wrong number for Palm. Perhaps
that is the source of the problem.

To order from Palm, call 1-800-881-7256. They only take orders, and
do not have technical information.

If you ever have an undesirable experience speaking with our order
takers, please let me know!
