I had already gotten ZDOS and ZOOMCOM from the FTP sites to make this all
happen with, but now I can't make them work right!
What happens is this:
when I hook-up and run ZDOS, it tells me I have "no connection",
yet commands issued at the PC seem to get to the Zoomer OK. I think the
Zoomer is not communicating back properly. Makes me wonder if there is a
cable problem.
ZOOMCOM does similarly... I can issue a command to the Zoomer,
such as "LS" to get a listing of files, and the listing appears on the
Zoomer screen, but nothing comes back to the PC! File transfers won't
work because of "No Ack!".
It is clear to me that the Zoomer (actually the GridPAD 2390) is not
communicating back to the PC properly, for whatever reason.
Any ideas?
