My copy of Grafitti was somehow delayed by UPS, and I thought it was
backordered as well. I talked with Karen and Jennifer at Palm, and
they were most helpful. I have my Grafitti now (ordered Sept. 19)
and am most satisfied with the product as well as the help I t
from those at Palm. Keep up the good work!
