Actually it's the xtoz source (uniX TO Zoomer). When I wrote xtoz, I
decided to distribute the source under a GPL so feel free to hack the
source for a Win version. I was going to start doing that myself, but I'm
a "unix weenie" and am currently reading Windows 95 C++ For Dummys (so it
will take me quite a while). If you do a Win version, I would love to see
the final source.

Also if you have any questions about the protocol that aren't' answered by
the xtoz source, feel free to e-mail me.
