I think the next generation of file transfer will use IR. IrDA has
approved a 4Mbps transfer standard (up from 115Kbps). IrDA has
instituted a logo program. Only a few products like HP laserJet 5 and
the OmniBook have it so far. By the way, Japan is installing public
phones with IR ports for send/receive fax and e-mail. Soon here I Hope!
