Maybe their 1 meg rejects that have 256K of OK memory are sold in this
way. If that is indeed the case, I would caution against using the full 1
meg of the card, because you would be using parts of it that have failed
quality control at the factory, and while it may _seem_ to work OK, you
never know when there might be a problem. So back up frequently!

Talking of using the Zoomer in out-of-the-way places, I haven't seen
anyone else with one in India either. I too get attention, but more of
the polite kind, and it certainly doesn't hurt!

A possibly foolish question: I got an AC adapter that works for all kinds
of devices, and it needs to know whether the tip or the sleeve of the
jack should be positive. Unfortunately, I did not find this information
in the Zoomer manual. Could someone please tell me?
