You'll probably think I'm crazy. However, you have the opportunity to do
something with your restaurant guide that no one else has done as far as I
know. You will go down in history as being the first of an important step in
location identification.

I have been working with the Global Positioning System (GPS) as a hobby. I
use it in my car and when I fly a Cessna 172 Skyhawk. It will accurately
identify any location on the planet earth with precise latitude/longitude.
Hand held units are now available for around $200. If you were to record
the Lat/lon data for a restauant in your guide I could navigate to that
restaurant without knowing anything else. These devices will start showing
up in automobiles and are now available in some rental cars. This precise
lat/lon information will eventually replace addresses and other instructions
which now locate places on the earth.

Wouldn't it be neat if you were first. ddk
