Yes. You can purchase serial-to-parallel adaptors from various sources. You'd
use your regular serial cable, but you may also need a null-modem adaptor.

I use a no-name serial-to-parallel adaptor (model SXP-1000, but with no
manufacturer, who cares?) that I purchased some time ago, and I use it with a
Canon BJ-10ex. Works great.

Also, an adaptor was listed in the original Radio Shack accessories list --
part number 25-3113 -- but I'm not sure if it ever became available.
