Help with Pocket Quicken Connect

Is there anyone out there in techno space that has had problems with the
Pocket Quicken Connect software/hardware? I keep getting serial port time out
errors on the PC side or KR-9/KR-6 system errors on the Zoomer side. I have
checked the baud rates--they match. I have called Intuit and they sent me an
upgraded copy of Quicken for Windows 3.0 rev. 7. All of this has not solved
the problem. I am using the supplied cable and a null modem to try to
transfer. This is driving me crazy. One of the reasons that I bought the
Zoomer was for the Quicken software. Any help would be appreciated......
