Can't recalibrate Pen !!!!

Hi All,

I just encountered a VERY annoying problem with my Zoomer.

After discovering that my pen calibration was completly hosed,
I cold started (a/b buttons, battery compartment reset button).

In the calibration process, the 2nd point will not trigger unless I
hit 1/8 in. to the right, and the 3rd and 4th points will not trigger unless
I hit at least 1/2 to 3/4 inches below.

Is there any way to reccalibrate, or is it time to hit my local RS ?

(very bad timing for a failure like this....)
