I am having problems getting STACKER to work well on a GRID 1 MEG SRAM card.
Zoomer info:
Full Expert mode, New device drivers in B:\DEVICE.
AUTOEXEC.BAT tweaks REM Penright line
INI tweaks noFontDriver=False
Stacker info:
Stacker Anywhere from PC DOS 7.0
Stacker Volume stacvol.dsk 974848 (created on 1.44 M floppy)
I used ZDOS to copy STACKER.EXE, STACVOL.DSK, README.STC to the SRAM card.
I then created a PENRIGHT.BAT file with the lines
c:
stacker c: /c b:\autoexec.bat
I then run PENRIGHT.BAT to create the stacked drive.
BUTTTTT
When I try to copy a file, or create a directory on the stacked drive I get the
message,
"Please insert disk STACVOL_DSK into drive C
Press Left Button to continue
Right Button to abort"
Pressing the Right Button does nothing, I get the same message again, without
the "Right Button to Abort" part.
Eventually, it dies with a FM-27 error.
Quick formatting the card and starting over doesn't help. I waited 4 days for
the card to loose its memory but it still hadn't.
Any suggestions? Where am I going wrong.

PS. Ever wonder what COOKED, RARE, RAW are in ZCOMLITE?
COOKED provides XON/XOFF flow control and limits characters to 7 bits.
RARE provides XON/OFF flow control but incoming data is untouched.
RAW is no flow control, incoming data untouched.
