I am trying out Zcomm lite. Both versions seem to have the same problem. I
can use them just fine with a null cable to my PC. But when I hookup a serial
(not null) cable connection to my PPI 2400 Pocket modem, I don't seem to get
anything. I tested the modem connected to my PC and its fine. I tested the
modem and serial cable with AOL on the Zoomer and all is fine. What gives with
Zcomlite? I checked the dialing with the null cable to the PC and the dial
string appears right. It can even send the correct modem initialization string
to the PC. Why won't it work with a modem? Sorry if I sound overly frustrated
but I am very confused. Help!
