Darn!
Just got my replacement Zoomer and spent all night trying to get the
Expert mode to install. I tried it from a hard drive, then tried it from
a floppy drive; and it appears to install - but when I reset the Zoomer
to enter Expert Mode the system keeps crashing - right where it says it
is calling for "Loader.Exe"
I did it about 5 times - and each time I couldn't get even a hard reset
to bring the system back. I had to pull All the batteries (Backups
included) and then start up the system .
Just finished installing Graffiti, with no problem - but am wondering if
there is a safer way to install the Expert Mode?
Can I use ZCOM myself, or use Palm Connect to transfer? Or does someone
know of a fix for the problem I am describing?
