I recently purchased the GEOS Software Development Kit (SDK). I have it up and running
and have gone through the tutorial documentation along with some of the concept
documentation. The amount of documentation is overwhelming (over 10 full binders worth). I
really just want to start writing programs for the Zoomer. I already know C & C++. But it seems
that GEOS has its own programming language ( I am not thrilled about spending boo-koo
time learning a new programming language that can only run under the GEOS operating system.
So I was wondering if anyone could share some insights and help me get up to speed on writing
applications for the Zoomer in the GEOS SDK. Any lessons learned from other users of the SDK
would be welcomed.
