Zoomer SDK

<<<I have BC++ 4.0 and I can't get any apps to compile for the Zoomer. I
have no idea how to set it all up and I have a BOX full of documentation here
to sift through (I purchased the Zoomer SDK). Anyone who has figured all
this out already, please post - There's no need for more than one of us to go
through this confusion :). >>>

Assuming you have Borland C++ 4.0 installed, the next step is to install the
GEOS SDK from the CD. Insert the CD into the drive and type D:\INSTALL (or
E:\INSTALL or whatever letter is appropriate for your CD drive).

Read each readme file that's displayed during the installation process
carefully and follow the directions. The first readme that pops up will
explain how to set up the null modem cable between the host and the target
machine, which file you need to manually copy from the CD to the target, and
what else to read if you have any trouble.

I suggest reading the TOOLS book in the documentation first, as it will
likely answer any further questions you have about the installation and
setup. The Tools book also contains a tutorial that will walk you through
compiling a couple of the sample applications.

Then prepare to do some reading and studying... begin with the Concepts book
and spend some time examining the sample applications, which are heavily
documented. The Objects and Routines books are more for reference than for
straight reading.

For Zoomer development, you'll need to read the short chapter/book titled
Zoomer. If you have any specific questions about getting the SDK up and
running, please ask.
