Hi SkyRogue: I had the same problem with a 1 meg Epson card for my Zoomer.
I just ended up taking it back to the place I bought it (Circuit City)
and formatting it on one of their laptops equipped with a PC Card slot.
Worked fine after that. Hope this helps
