I've got to tell you I am impressed with Palm Computing. I posted a note
saying that I too hadn't receive our pens (yes we are a two Zoomer family)
Jack of Palm responded a day later asked for some basic info and two days
later we had our pens.
My hat is off and I am agape in wonder at this level of service.
