Dos Prompt?

Wait! You mean that there is actually some version of DOS hiding under GEOS on the Zoomer and there is no way to get at it ??!! Would it be possible to write a program for GEOS which drops you into a CLI shell or something? How much of Dos is running under GEOS? If there is are AUTOEXEC.BAT and CONFIG.SYS files, then there must be some version of DOS to execute the commands. What version of Dos is it? If a program were written to drop out of GEOS and into DOS, what commands would be available? Would you be able to run standard PC applications under DOS?

This sure is dumb. I would have purchased the Zoomer the first second I saw it if I could get access to DOS and run DOS applications. Why didn't Tandy and Casio provide a means of getting into DOS for those of us who would love to have a DOS palm top in addition to a GEOS palm top?
