There are provisions for two types of reset on Zoomer. The SOFT RESET will not erase data..just open the battery compartment and use a toothpick, paper clip or small pen point to press the reset button.

The HARD RESET will ERASE ALL DATA! Use it only when you want to eliminate EVERYTHING stored on Zoomer. To do that, hold the A&B buttons in while you press the reset button, then answer the screen prompt.

Please keep us posted, if you spot patterns that might cause you to need to reset Zoomer by posting messages to the board.
