I have had mine now over 3 weeks and have had no crashes. Also, my full size stylus/pen arrived and my HWR has improved greatly. Amazing what a proper writing tool will do to improve penmanship. It was a good thing too since I lost my mini-stylus. Casio is supposed to get back to me today on how I get 1 (or more) replacements. Funny, they didn't have an answer to that question when I first called. I'll keep y'all pprised of their response.Subj: Geoworks
