Zoomer Convert

I have been an avid Mac user from 1984 (w/ a Mac 128)...I even forked over
big bucks for a Mac Portable! I think its safe to say I am an *early
adapter.* I was more than ready to do whatever was necessary to get my hands
on a Newton, but after reading messages here and on Compuserve, it seems
obvious to me that Newton has stumbled badly out of the gate.

The Zoomer seems more and more like a more logical choice -- better bang for
the buck, less buggy, and less costly to get into program development. Herein
lies my questions:

I was under the impression that GeoWorks SDK was the *only* development
system available for Zoomer. Now, I hear that PenRight will also works. True?
If so, could someone elaborate a bit on PenRight? What type of programming
environment is it? How much does it cost?

I have two clients that are *very* interested in PDA projects, and both have
advanced $$$ for me to analyze the correct path. I would love to hear from
anyone who can help guide me in these issues.
