Cable pinouts

If I ever can get a cable with the right connector, I'm sure I can figure it out. It's part of what I do for a living. I often interface serial devices to the Mac or PC w/o a pinout diagrams. All the Radio Shacks in the area tell me the cable won't be available until the end of the month, and I balk at paying what Casio is charging via mailorder, if the note I saw about it is correct.
