Help, System Error Code KR-09 ?

Hi,

I am having some trouble with my Zoomer PDA, and I was hoping that someone
out there could help me with this problem. The other day I was entering
a new transaction in Pocket Quicken when the Zoomer saved the transaction
automatically (I never hit the record button) and put me back on the
transaction list screen. Since I had not yet finished entering all the
information I wanted in the transaction, I pressed on the transaction that
was automatically saved, in hopes of editing it, when I received the
following message:

System Error Code KR-09

After soft-resetting the Zoomer I tried to edit the transaction again only
to receive the same error message. I tried this several times with no
success, each time I either received the same error message or a "SPF"
message which appeared in the upper-left hand corner of the screen.

The strange thing about this is that when I may turn the Zoomer on each
time the transaction price (I had already entered the price when the
transaction was automatically saved) may or may not be included in the
account balance calculation.

I would like to delete this partial transaction so that I can re-enter it
correctly. Is there any way to delete this transaction without being able
to access the transaction itself (to hit the delete button)?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Please respond via e-mail, as I
