- Some applications simply won't run multiple instances of themselves, no
matter what you try to do.
- Some applications support opening more than one document at a time. I think
Scott misunderstood Blaine in that he thinks you have to close the first
document before opening the second document. In fact, you have many documents
open simultaneously. GeoWrite, GeoDraw, GeoCalc, etc. let you do this. Not
all applications allow this.
- If you're using a Zoomer or OmniGo, you will have to modify the GEOS.INI
file to get either of these two behaviors. The PDA versions of GEOS by
default prevent you from running multiple instances of any applications, and
prevent you from opening more than one document.
