The formula is W = V * A, assuming that you're talking about DC current.

You need to know the voltage of the card, as well; I believe this is
5V for the Zoomer (there are 3.3V cards as well, but I'm pretty sure
the Zoomie is 5V only)

Therefore, 50mA * 5V = 250mW of power.
