Anyone getting inconsistencies with AOL information - using the ROM
based software. When pulling up weather or stock quotes, information
seems to be seriously outdated (like 11/95). Has AOL stopped
supporting the Rom based software?
No, I don't use the bullet version, since my modem is a star card.
Needless to say getting a weather forcast from six months ago isn't
real helpful. Comments? JeffA.
Basically it seems that AOL is stopping their support for any GEOS products.
I can no longer get any weather on my Ensemble 2.01. They claim because of
the limitations of GEOS it can not send the new multi-media graphics now
supported by windows/Macs. I have pleaded with them to just send the boring
non-graphical information to users of GEOS but my comments go ignored. I
guess they do not care about taping into the PDA arena.
