I haven't used the pilot much, so i'm not sure how accurate my findings are...
I played with a friend's pilot for a little while. It seemed to be more responsive,
and quicker. but, it seemed to be more of an overblown pocket organizer than
a small PDA. It had a few very specific tasks it could do... which i guess it
did well.. (I've used Grafitti on both)

Zoomers are WAY more expandable... pcmcia slot, serial connector, etc...

I've only had my zoomer for about 2 months, but i carry it with me all the time...
it's my way of trying to reduce paper... ;) I use it as a notepad mostly...
I just added a small term program and a few other goodies...

I do it all the time! :) I have no ram expansion card, so although it's a little
cramped, it all fits.... somehow...

The stock zoomer has about 300+ k free, which is plenty for a small amount
of helping apps and files...Here's what i added on mine: (in about the order that
i install them...) (sizes are approximate)

Expert Mode Plus 1k
Grafitti 70k
Text editor (Blue Marsh Softworks) 16k
IZL 2.0 90k (with demo files, wav driver, etc..)
ZComm Lite 20k (or so)
misc data files (wave, text, etc) (50k)

somehow it all works out that i have 98k free..
