1mb Grid Sram Card

I have a 1mb Grid ram card from Fuji Electrochemical Co., Ltd. I had been
using it in my OmniGo 100.

It worked fine for about 2 weeks. Then one day I turned off my Omnigo with
the system locked. When I turned the Omnigo back on the password screen
popped up and then the screen went crazy and the system locked up on me. I
was not able to restart the Omnigo even with a hard reset.

Finally I removed the ram card and then the Omnigo started fine. When I
tried to re-insert the ram card the OGO locked up again. The OGO will no
longer work with this ram card.

Any suggestions??? Thank you.
